Returns and Replacements

Battery operated lights, string lights and rechargeable lighting are non-refundable. If you have a defective or broken light, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so that we can send a replacement. Replacements are only sent using postal mail (USPS Priority Mail) unless the size of the product warrants ground shipping (Fed Ex Ground).

All sales are final and non-refundable. Returns or replacements are accepted for store credit only if you notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will credit or replace defective or damaged merchandise at our discretion.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, Shipping costs for exchanges must be paid by the customer.

 

Broken / Incorrect / Missing Item Policy

Unfortunately, sometimes damage does occur during shipping. If an item is received broken, incorrect or missing, you must submit a claim within 7 days of receiving your package(s) so we can ship a replacement right away.

All replacements for broken, incorrect or missing items are shipped via FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail only and to all states except Alaska and Hawaii or anywhere outside the Continental US. Breakage claims for Alaska and Hawaii, etc. will only receive a store credit, not replacements, for the damaged products. Incorrect item claims for Alaska and Hawaii are shipped using the USPS.

We will not ship replacement items outside the Continental US, instead we will give you a Store Credit at our discretion. We do not send replacements for broken items or incorrect items using any expedited service (i.e. 2 Day Air, 3 Day Express) unless you pay the difference in shipping fees.

All claims, returns and exchanges will be handled at our discretion. For exchanges we cannot refund shipping charges or pay shipping costs for your exchange items to be returned to us.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We ship via USPS or FedEx usually the same day you order.

Shipping Information

We only ship to the US and Canada. Orders are usually sent from our warehouse the same day if your order is received by 11 am PST, or within 1 business day if it is received after that.

Orders over 5-6 lbs may require additional shipping charges. We will contact you if your order requires additional shipping charges before we send it.

We ship using USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground depending on the size of the order.

Orders under $35.00 usually ship via USPS Priority mail.

Free Shipping Info: We've lowered our prices by nearly 60% so we no longer offer free shipping. Our online price is the lowest price we can offer.

***Due to high order volume, orders placed after 5pm on Friday may not ship out until Tuesday. We encourage you to order your items in a timely manner so your package doesn't arrive late. We cannot be responsible for packages that do not arrive on time for your event.

The shipping time for USPS Priority Mail within the U.S. is 2 - 3 business days.
The shipping time for USPS Priority Mail International (for all Canadian orders) is 7 - 10 business days.

Express shipping is available for an additional charge, contact us for further info if you need your package to arrive FedEx Overnight, 2 Day Air or 3 Day Express.

Tracking Your Package

We are keeping a record of tracking numbers for packages sent from our warehouse. If you have not received your package within 7 days, send us an email at support@partylightsite.com and we will respond with a tracking number. It is far too time consuming to provide a tracking number via e-mail for each package that leaves our warehouse, so please note the information above regarding shipping times and delivery days.

Signature Required/ Lost Packages

If you would like to have your order delivered with a signature required, you can let us know by indicating that in the "Special notes" box in your shopping cart. If you do not request "Signature Required", we will not be responsible for lost, stolen or missing orders if the order is confirmed as delivered by FedEx or USPS.

 

Payment for Canadian Orders

Please select the "*Canadian Orders Click Here to Pay" link and click 'Continue' to process your order.

Select Canadian Orders Click Here To Pay and click Continue *Our payment gateway does not process lettered zip codes so you must call us to finish your order and have it shipped.

 

Please have your Order Number ready when you call, it should be e-mailed to you immediately after clicking 'Continue'.

 

 

Orders Shipped Outside the Continental U.S.

Orders being delivered outside the Continental US (Alaska, Hawaii, PR and/or Canada, etc.) may require additional shipping fees.

Orders to Canada must select the 'Outside Continental US' selection when checking out to calculate the proper shipping amount for orders.

International Orders over 4-5 lbs may require additional shipping charges. We will contact you if your order requires additional shipping charges before we send it.

Any orders placed in our cart and processed, will be adjusted according to the additional shipping required. We will contact you and only upon your verification will your order be adjusted, processed and shipped with the additional shipping charge if needed.

If you do not agree to the charges, we will not process your order.

Terms

We will match any competitor's advertised price. We require a url (website address) to view the terms of our competitor's price (i.e. minimum quantity orders, etc.) Also, the item must be the same item offered on a competitor's site and be a valid, current retail business. Our price match cannot be issued in addition to any other offers or discounts. All sales are final.

Out of Stock Products

From time to time we may run out of a product or two. We will try to notify you and let you know that we are out of stock on that item and give you and estimated range of time as to when we expect that item back in stock. We can ship partial orders if you so choose.
